Individualism is the tendency of a person to act according to their own will without taking into account the opinion of other individuals belonging to the same group, or the rules of behaviour that regulate their relations.
When we speak of society, we are referring to a group of people living together under common rules. Today, however, we find ourselves in a reality that is quite far removed from the whole. Globalisation and massification have caused the phenomenon of individualism to increase exponentially, leading people to the darkest feeling of loneliness.
This editorial aims to convey the concept of individualism by focusing on loneliness and detachment from others, reflected in the darkness of the garments and their layering. Looks that conceal the models of the whole of society around them for the greater abstraction of the individual, which, together with the environment, aim to convey the essence of the concept.
The reality of an individualised urban life is reflected in a photographic project.
