Introducing designer Maria Chany. Coming from Serbia, in terms of fashion, means you were brought up by a strict mother, compared to liberated fashion scenes in the rest of Europe. She is a rebellious child. She is widening the picture for her audience, showing them there is so much more to be explored, so much more we as humans have to learn.
As almost all Chany collections are universal in season, so are all the pieces – unisex in wearing. Unity, versatility, equality, inclusion and diversity are now constant chains intertwining in her brand’s DNA, and casting. Collection “NEW WORLD” debuted in Berlin, during Cinettica Fashion Festival, and later was shown on Belgrade Fashion Week.
Dark and faraway places in the universe are always a starting point for designers’ inspiration. Those are the places where ego does not exist, where differences and discriminations do not exist, where her ideas are born and later brought back to Earth through her design.

She took her audience on a space trip – from fear of the known to courageous exploration of the unknown; from alien abductions, to voluntarily leaving this earth together. Thank you all for travelling with us, we hope you had a comfortable and fun flight on our spaceship.
