Fluffy Cats! By Malaysian artist Kamwei Fong

#ArtInjection! We are in LOVE with Malaysian artist Kamwei Fong and his “Fluffy Cats”. Using just ink Kamwei Fong is creating beautiful art work. “I draw them by shading with tons of tiny furs,” Kamwei told Bored Panda. “It is indeed a very time consuming process. Small ones like A3 could take a few days, big ones like 25×37 inches could take a few weeks.”

Kamwei Fong Artist, Designer, Creator of Bo&Friends

Kamwei founded Bo&Friends in 2010, as a creative platform for his art projects and collaborations. Since then, he has collaborated with a wide range of local businesses, as well as companies from the UK, France, Germany and the US. His artwork is often described as poetic, imaginative, playful and dream-like. Through the minimalist and peace-evoking character of Bo the goldfish, Kamwei’s project aims to encourage and uplift people to become more optimistic about life. Bo only remembers the good things in life, like family, friends, nice weather and good times. It’s a good companion, positive reminder for people.

Kamwei’s art pieces are happily displayed in the homes of buyers across Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia. Currently, his art prints and ceramic sculptures can be found in a gallery in central Paris. Follow www.instagram.com/kamweiatwork
