May I introduce you to the surreal world of Lola Gil?! Lola Gil is an American self-taught artist who lives and works in Los Angeles, CA. She thinks of herself as a dreamer who likes to invent, imagine, and execute a place full of space where the world can evolve into the magical copacetic machine.
Throughout my career I have always been a painter of narrative escapism, with my work evoking personal connections for each individual viewer. Because it is executed in a surreal way, it allows the viewer to create their own story and meaning.
