It´s Wednesday and time for some new music! Beverly Girl is one of the funkiest groups Finland has to offer for 2017. The Helsinki-born trio has a deep, disco and r&b -influenced style that has taken the group via Internet blogs all over the world, and brought the band this year a noticeable amount of national airplay in the Finnish radio, and several features on Spotify Finland playlists. We have the brand new single “Mind Games” for us – published via the Finnish label Ranka Kustannus.
We had loads of fun filming the video here in Helsinki in the summer, and had some of our friends from a famous streetdance crew featuring in the video. These are some of the dancers we have on our live shows as well
The latest single, “Contagious”, was chose as Record Of The Day in London, who “are certain UK audiences would go crackers for their music and stage show”. The band has had an extremely busy year with recording and performing, along with organizing their own monthly “Club Beverly” in central Helsinki. The group is currently preparing for new material to be released, promising their audience even catchier grooves to jam to.
