Home Again Club Festival: A Sonic Retreat That Shook Berlin to Its Core! A Photo Review

The third edition of the Home Again Club Festival has left an indelible mark on the heart of Berlin, wrapping up four unforgettable days and five electrifying nights filled with genre-defying music. Hosted at the iconic Revier Südost and attracting 13,500 spirited attendees, this year’s festival stood tall as the most ambitious and well-received iteration yet.

From the moment you stepped into the festival grounds, the pulsating energy was undeniable. The atmosphere was one of jubilation, crafted by a lineup that brought together an eclectic mix of sounds across four distinct stages. The beloved open-air Valley stage served as a beacon of euphoria, while the immersive club spaces of RSO.BERLIN enveloped attendees in an enchanting sonic embrace.

One of the festival’s undeniable highlights was the mesmerizing set by Octo Octa, who laced The Valley with sheer joy and poignant emotion, seamlessly blending breaks, house, and pure rave ecstasy. Her performance was a heartfelt reminder of the power of music to unite us. Adding to the magic of Saturday night, Peggy Gou took the open-air stage, delivering a spellbinding show that reaffirmed her status as one of dance music’s most captivating figures. The crowd swayed and danced in unison, entranced by her infectious energy.

A standout moment came from rising star Matisa, whose high-octane, genre-blurring set redefined expectations and left listeners clamoring for more. The atmosphere at the Robus stage was electric as Krystal Klear infused the crowd with shimmering synths and retro-future vibes, creating a rare instance of unity on the dancefloor. As the sun set on Sunday night, Job Jobse capped off the festival with a masterclass in emotional storytelling through music, leaving no question as to why he is regarded as one of Europe’s most cherished selectors.

But the Home Again Club Festival was not solely about the music. The vibrant Baergarten became a hub of creativity, hosting engaging talks, workshops, and community gatherings that intertwined with the festival’s rich cultural fabric. Highlights included inspiring takeovers from HE.SHE.THEY., Beatport, Polyamor, IN A MOOD, Gotec, Sachsentrance, and more, showcasing a commitment to diversity and innovation within the realm of electronic music.

Nils Caspar Thabo Gelfort, the visionary behind Home Again, encapsulated the festival’s essence perfectly: “What we witnessed this weekend was more than a festival—it was a statement. Berlin deserves an event that reflects its spirit and future, and we’re proud that Home Again can be that space. Thank you to every artist, partner, and guest who made it unforgettable.”

This year’s Home Again Club Festival has firmly established itself as a cornerstone of Berlin’s cultural landscape—an exhilarating blend of international headliners, homegrown talent, and community-driven programming, all while preserving the city’s raw, pulsating energy. We can’t wait to see what the next edition will bring!
