Simon Peters is a London based visual artist / fashion designer and London College of Fashion alumni graduating from his BA Fashion Textiles print degree in 2014. He finds beauty in the unconventional, often working from his own photography and surroundings, he employs an organic process to start with and is conceptual in his approach to his aesthetic and design. Not one to commit to a specific discipline he’s continuously experimenting and pushing the boundaries of new innovative techniques and materials for the future of textiles within fashion. Alongside this Peters can also be found exploring the realms of “gender” through his self study project titled A’Man’ which challenges the stigma around queer culture and gender norms through self transformations.
Photographer Scallywag Fox lensed Simon for us. Simon made all of the clothing and accessories apart from the pink top which is Jean Paul Gaultier.
