“One evening Lester and I randomly decided that we’d go on a trip to shoot and we thought Morocco would be great! This story was shot in the beautiful blue mountain town of Chefchaouen.
We shot right before lockdown and we got very lucky. 2 days after returning to the UK, Morocco cancelled all flights in and out of the country! We easily could have been stuck there. While we were there, we had no idea what was happening in Europe. It was like we were in a little bubble! After returning we found out how serious the situation was in Spain and Italy. Then a week or 2 later the UK went into lockdown!
This story showcases the freedom we had before the pandemic and how we should never take it for granted again.”
