“While February weather is cold in Europe, we look enviously via Instagram and all the other social media to Down Under, where the festival season is already in full swing and temperatures are above 20°. Reason enough for us to let our thoughts wander in the direction of summer as well: And what could be better than sunny house tunes that will cheer you up not only now, but also in June?
The focus is on the Beach Club, which will sweeten the stay at the campsite for all festival visitors over three days. While Ferropolis is closed during the day and the next festival night is being prepared, you can relax and dance in the sun all day long. Every day from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. the stage is ready for all those who don’t want to get enough during the day.”
The Beach Club is also right next to the campsite, from where you can quickly jump into Lake Gremmin for refreshment – and all without having to travel a long way. The Beach Club is thus the starting and ending point of each night at the MELT Festival. It’s the place that makes 24-hour dance fun a reality. For this reason, a carefully curated lineup has been created that does justice to the importance of this unique place:
On Friday, Toy Tonics will bring their positive vibes to this stage; Strangelove will take the helm on Saturday before Multisex brings the festival to a close on Sunday.
Toy Tonics is a German label that is dedicated to dance music influenced by funk and jazz – but often thinks outside the box. Influences from Black American House Music, the West London Sound, but also from Italo, Balearic, and Disco can be found throughout. As a label, Toy Tonics releases one EP per month, and at the same time, they constantly offer new merch limited to 100 pieces by international visual artists. And for some time now they have also been bringing their positive vibes directly to the best clubs in Europe: Toy Tonics Jam is the name of the event series that will really put a smile on everyone’s face with its new soulful disco and house vibes.

On Saturday, when the second night of MELT has been danced through, Strangelove will ensure that the sunrise is also an absolute highlight. The exceptional Dutch talent Job Jobse has not only made a name for himself as a DJ but also ensures extravagant ecstasy worldwide with the stylish curation of his party series Strangelove. For MELT 2023 he is bringing five companions with him, who are already attracting global attention and will ensure that the second day of the MELT Festival begins with an absolute highlight.

Multisex will ensure the glorious conclusion of the beach club at MELT and are therefore also the official afterparty of MELT 2023. When Sunday has already been danced through for two days and three nights, when one or the other might find it a bit difficult to speak, then it comes down to non-verbal communication: a specialty of the Berlin collective Multisex. Expect sexy house grooves that will make it all the more difficult for you to close MELT 2023. True to their motto “Feel free and be a beautiful mess!” you will be sent home – and we couldn’t wish for a nicer motto.
