MOAN TOGETHER is a short film made in support of Sex Workers in need of relief during Covid-19. The stigmas that surround sex work often exclude and isolate its workers during times of crisis. Now more than ever, we need to recognize the needs of sex workers — a community who is disproportionately made up of LGBTQ+ individuals.
If you enjoyed this film or have ever enjoyed the content or company of a sex worker, take a moment to show them some love by donating to any of the charities linked in the above ‘SEX WORKER RELIEF’ section.
The project is a crowd-sourced compilation of porn performers, dancers, friends — and ode to boredom and horniness in isolation and much needed moment of lightness and humor in these intense times.
VITIUM – SEX WORKER RELIEF FUNDS The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact sex workers. Most of them are unable to access social benefits set up as emergency measures by various governments. That is why several sex worker rights organisations have started their own campaigns, to collect funds in order to help those who need it the most. ICRSE has listed these fundraisers below and encourages our allies to donate when possible and share the campaigns with their networks. (via ICRSE).
