OVERDOSE

A KALTBLUT exclusive editorial. Art Directors MA. Markéta Kosinová and Michael Birrer teamed up with photographer Petr Jandera to create and manifest this editorial shoot. “Consume. Buy. Cycle vs Slow Fashion…til we OVERDOSE.” The session was about giving different perspectives on today’s society. Not only in combining exclusive designer pieces with used clothing but having these worlds inevitably collide. See the process of subsidence while watching the model’s look change from glamour to riot underground and waisted overdose. Literally so. 

The location naturally emphasizing the reality of overproduction, has the story been shot at a suburban second hand store and in its storage area, where a tremendous amount of vintage clothes were packed in white bags. Riot notes against the consuming bitch, which society is, taken from street walls graffitis and tags amplify the visuals.
