Finally, the much-anticipated moment has arrived! After a successful premiere and sold-out shows in Gießen, the glittering pearl of Central Hesse, the queer lip-sync musical PANDORA’S HEART is finally coming to Berlin. Transforming SchwuZ into Broadway, this iconic underground club will showcase a musical for the first time.
Under the spotlight of history stands Sandy, a girl as sweet as candy. Sandy finds herself lost in the dark woods, in search of nothing and everything. Inadvertently, she awakens Pandora, a creature from the so-called “Underworld.” Pandora is everything and much more. Both are fascinated by each other, but when Pandora reveals her magical darkness to Sandy, she suddenly desires more than just Pandora’s heart.
“PANDORA’S HEART is a queer love story about seduction, deception, betrayal, the good, and the evil. As a 14-member queer FLINTA* team, we developed this musical last year as part of our Applied Theater Science studies in Gießen and performed it there in May.
