Berlin Fashion Week is back – and for the first time, PLATTE.Berlin opens the season and brings it to a close with a program that challenges, celebrates, and redefines what fashion can be. From June 30 to July 3, expect a powerful mix of runway, community formats, and cultural interventions that turn the city into a stage and fashion into a dialogue.
June 30 – A Street, A Statement, A Start
We open the week in the streets, for the people: On June 30 at 3 PM, in front of Berlin’s iconic Volksbühne on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße, Clara Colette Miramon unveils CARE – her SS26 collection presented as an open-air runway performance. It’s not just fashion; it’s a feminist, emotional, and public declaration of solidarity, labour, and love. This is fashion as protest, as poetry, as presence.
Next Gen Pop-Up – From June 30 to July 30
For a full month, our Next Gen Pop-Up turns PLATTE into a launchpad for rising voices in fashion. Curated by a trailblazing international jury — Futurist, Greta Thaysen (LIGANOVA), Deborah Marquardt (IFM Paris), Samata Pattinson (BLACK PEARL, LA), Ebba Blomberg (BERGSTRAND CONSULTANCY, Stockholm), Lynn Yin Dittel (ARCHIVED DREAMS, Berlin), Clara Colette Miramon, Avi Jakobs, Coline Meister (BOTTEGA VENETA, Milan), Ninu Dramis (FABRIC, Hamburg) und Anke Schlöder (PLATTE, HTW, Berlin) — this format offers emerging designers a high-visibility platform to connect with the industry, culture creators, and new audiences alike.
July 3 – Berlin Curated: Future in Focus
Berlin Curated Showroom opens on July 3 at 11 AM and runs through July 7 — an initiative led by Christiane Arp to spotlight outstanding fashion graduates and alumni. The format unfolds through a dynamic fusion of runway, showroom, and editorial presence, guided by a deep belief in long-term support for emerging talent.
The curated world will be art-directed by Berlin icon Sven Marquardt and produced by PLATTE.Berlin, transforming the space into an immersive, emotional, and deeply relevant landscape. It’s more than a showroom – it’s a generational manifesto.
July 3 – Lette Verein x PLATTE: Past Reimagined
At 3 PM, we move to the monumental entrance hall of Tempelhof Airport for a special show in collaboration with Lette Verein Berlin. Ten graduates and alumni will reinterpret history through design, weaving personal stories and collective memory into visionary collections.
July 3 – The Official Closing Party
We close Fashion Week the way it deserves to be closed: together, and in style. Join us from 9 PM for the Berlin Fashion Week Closing Party, hosted by Fashion Council Germany e.V. and supported by PLATTE.Berlin, with the soundtrack curated by Closed Friends. Expect bold looks, big energy, and a room full of visionaries celebrating a week that was anything but ordinary.
PLATTE.Berlin doesn’t just participate in Fashion Week — we set the rhythm.
