Inspired by the dense atmosphere of heated club nights, where soaked clothes, sticky skin and tender intimacy merge, benzii follows up with another hypnotizing, experimental trance-pop single. Once again, the Berlin native skillfully shifts from a dreamy, melancholic sound aesthetic to an electrifying, euphoric rave chorus, weaving her unique voice and poetry into the composition.

Inspired by her well-worn muse, the ambiguity of water, benzii imbues ‘sweat pearls’ with her signature multi-dimensionality, combining sensuality with an attentive yet emotional twist. benzii demonstrates once again that trance-pop can embody both melancholy and euphoria, effortlessly adapting to different emotions and, as typically, inviting you to feel the tension of liquids of all kinds.

Despite being only 21 years old, benzii released her debut album, Bare Skin, after just two years in the music industry, followed by a steady stream of subsequent works. Driven by a fascination with the parallels between the power and unpredictability of water and emotions led to the release of her EP, Tritoness & The Scent of Rain, – a captivating odyssey that delves into a love story set in the watery realm of Tritoness.

In addition to her solo endeavors, benzii has collaborated with esteemed techno artists like Luca Eck and co-founded the multi-genre collective Nemesis alongside other talented female artists (emi x, SlushhKitten, Fiese Luise). This collective actively supports and uplifts FLINTA artists within the industry, with the aim of amplifying their voices and contributions.
