Taken from the upcoming debut album Sola Fide, due to be released on November 22nd, ‘Atonement’ is the new single from Parisian electro-artist The Hedrals. After putting a fresh spin on Douglas Dare’s ‘Nile’ 4 years ago, the anonymous producer returns with a heady mix of ceremonial chants and reverbed layers that float between light and dark. French motion designer Johan Petit created a lush CG music video with religious and mythological figures to conclude the dark mood. The Hedrals’ ‘Atonement’ settles in nicely between releases by Holy Other, Burial and Forest Sword.
