As an experimental club-cultural festival, RE-TEXTURED is one of a kind in the UK, with its emphasis on visual arts and electronic music it takes place in some of the most interesting brutalist buildings in the capital. Its previous iteration received rave reviews (the Guardian gave it 5 stars!) and this year after being on hold due to the pandemic it’s aiming to be just as mind-blowing.
Friday 25 March at Printworks will see trailblazing DJs like VTSS, Nkisi, LSDXOXO, Helena Hauff, Skee Mask and Héctor Oaks play explosive techno sets with a spectacular backdrop of installations by visual artists such as Theresa Baumgartner. Techno heavyweight Rebekah sets us up with a high energy mix before taking the stage at RE-TEXTURED this year.
The podcast is a return to bringing in more industrial sounds but still keeping the tempo high with elements of hardcore and old school techno flavours.
