Volume I! A KALTBLUT exclusive womenswear editorial. Photographer Nathaniel Clarke captured Eva Namara for us. Nathaniel says about his story: “retRESPECT. is a new 5 part photo series I’ve devised that documents and pays respect to the old school, retro & iconic brands and trends from the golden age of the 1990s & early 2000s. In this series I want to englighten those that didn’t have a chance of experiencing this era and also reminisce with those that were involved & grew up during it. I want to visually communicate this story through striking editorial style photography & visuals. I want to pay homage to the iconic brands of the likes of Champion, Tommy Hilfiger and Ellesse just to name a few, who have made themselves a staple of 90’s and early noughties fashion and all of whom are still relevant in todays fashion culture. Inspired by music videos, films and tv shows from the era I will use the material archived in many of these fields to source out outfits, concepts and general ideas which I envision will result in refreshing visuals. I’m presenting VOLUME 1 which is the debut of this series featuring young, up-and-coming model Eva Namara.”
