Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité. The most famous French motto, as well as the general idea of freedom, which has always been in the spotlight of the European community, inspired designer Katerina Kvit to create a bright summer ‘anti-depressive’ collection.
A leather-sustainable Ukrainian label
The KATERINA KVIT brand starts the new season with faith in a promising future. Bright colours, floral patterns, layered looks, and spectacular trendy details. The entire collection looks like a real challenge to basic, safe and boring wardrobe. This is the antipode of the careful classics. The location for the shooting was not chosen by chance. The famous Palais de Tokyo in the 16th arrondissement of Paris is an enclave of modern art and edgy ideas on the banks of the Seine. A model poses in front of Alfred Auguste Jeannio’s bas-reliefs ‘Legend of the Earth’ and ‘Legend of the Sea’.
Bright colours were consciously chosen for Resort 2023. Such a palette attracts attention, makes you smile, and takes the path of positive thinking. Bright raspberry is a new shade in the brand’s colour range, in which custom-made leather with a crocodile print was released. In addition, exclusively for KATERINA KVIT, one of the oldest French textile companies has developed an ornament that fits the colourful collection with a French mood.
Key items: transformer jackets, tops, shirts with large sleeves, maxi skirts, which in the new season will be the perfect replacement for trousers, iconic minis, versatile leather scarves that can be used as a bandana, tied instead of a top or as an accessory to a bag. Materials: genuine leather, leather with crocodile print. From season to season, the brand makes a conscious bet on genuine leather products, as it believes that environmental friendliness directly depends on the durability and quality of things. Leather is sustainable. That is the most important motto of KATERINA KVIT.
