“Set in an allotment at the height of late summer, “The Last Harvest” explores womanhood through the cycles of growth, blossoming and ageing. An older woman moves amongst an abundance of fruit, vegetables and fading blooms, contrasted with bold, high-end fashion and a rich palette of colour. The garden becomes a metaphor for women, each season bringing its own kind of beauty, growth and harvest.”
