A house-forward jam poised for the club and catwalk, ‘NYWTF’ layers a vocal survey of the NYC party circuit with crisp highs and a classic deep house groove.
‘NYWTF’ builds on Chloé’s growing production credits following her debut artist single, ‘Love Ain’t Over’, a recent remix of Keinemusik’s ‘Paris’ and releases as production duo PVBLIC XCESS including ‘Breathe’ ft. UK soul artist Duchess punctuate her sets as she tours across the globe.
Chloé Caillet is a global DJ, multi-instrumentalist and producer praised for her distinctly unique tones. Growing up between cultural meccas in New York, Paris, and the UK, she was inspired by the music and fashion of her surroundings – learning piano from the age of 7, before moving into bands at the age of 14, playing guitar and bass. Drawn to sounds with “a strong groove, bass and vocals”, Chloé’s early inspiration came from the sounds of disco and funk which echoed around her family home. After working in the music industry at a major label A&R, and later becoming a key player in the NYC nightlife scene, it was the more organic side of the music scene which held her heart. “I wanted to utilize my industry knowledge,” she continues. “So I bought myself a pair of CDJs and taught myself how to mix.”
Now known for her vibrant blend of disco, electronic, house & funk, Chloé has played across the globe with some of the dance world’s biggest hitters. Chloé’s recent coveted gigs include likes of Coachella, iiI Points, Swedish House Mafia at MSG, Pikes, fabric, 3 sets at Glastonbury, Circoloco where she is a resident Rumors, DC10, opening the main stage of Innervisions OFF Sonar this year and fashion parties for MIUMIU. Having graced the booth across 4 continents at some of the most renowned venues and parties; Chloé has a massive 2022 in store – filled with original releases and remixes, establishing her new label XCESS Records, shows for Louis Vuitton in both US and Europe and continuing to play at the most exclusive gigs across the world.
