Belgian duo Lander & Adriaan make a triumphant return with ‘Gates of Biskolom’, inviting listeners back into their visionary clubbing experience. Here, an alloy of 2-step pop euphoria, the intensity of gabber wave, and enthralling synthetic melodies are harmoniously blended. Comprised of drummer Lander Gyselinck (known for his work with STUFF., Beraadgeslagen, LABtrio) and keyboardist Adriaan Van de Velde (affiliated with Pomrad, Mauro Pawlowski, J. Bernardt), the pair unite over a shared appreciation for polished digital synths and the nostalgic underground dance music of the ’90s. It was during the initial lockdown of 2020 that their musical paths intertwined, resulting in symbiotic jams that captured their creative spirits.
The collision of their imaginative worlds gives rise to a musical odyssey that is both raw and refined. Their music is a tapestry woven with diverse threads of ’90s dance, presenting a fantastical dimension where indulgence is innocent, strangeness is delightful, and thrill is paramount.

Recognized by both Belgian and international media, including 3voor12 in the Netherlands, Lander & Adriaan unveiled their eponymous debut album in 2022 to critical acclaim. Following the album’s release, they embarked on a European tour, delivering electrifying performances across France, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy, as well as at revered festivals such as ESNS in the Netherlands and Belgium’s Pukkelpop. Their remarkable live session for Lefto’s show on Kiosk Radio captured the hearts of audiences in a Brussels park and across the globe, as it found a viral life on YouTube.
In the year 2023, the duo graced the stage at the Dries Van Noten fashion show, showcasing the Men’s Autumn Winter 2023-24 collection, a performance that burgeoned into an EP released early this year.
In the coming months, Lander & Adriaan are set to enthral fans with a series of release shows at eminent venues, including Fuse in Brussels, Doornroosje in Nijmegen, Netherlands, Paradiso in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and Simplon in Groningen, Netherlands.
Millennial Breeze EP by Lander & Adriaan is set for release on April 26. The EP will be out on vinyl via Marcel Records, digitally via Bandcamp & all other platforms.
