The video for “Fight,” directed by Alix Taccardo, reflects the theme of transformations in relationships, embarking on a journey from confinement to liberation, incorporating tangible elements of dirt and video projections that symbolise the contrast between solidity and light, culminating in a vivid portrayal of reassembly in a state of ecstasy amid lights and projections.

With this song, she’s expressed her desire to delve into how the human ego can hinder effective communication of one’s needs. Her initial inspiration came from observing a couple striving to find common ground while deeply desiring to maintain their relationship. The word “fight” encapsulates this ambivalence, appearing in the chorus with dual connotations of fighting for love and engaging in argument.
In July 2022, Clio M announced her transition to a solo artist in an interview with Schön! Magazine. Her inaugural album, “Tabula, explores political and existential themes, intertwining concerns such as the climate crisis and the fight for women’s rights within a rich emotional tapestry.
