LUNA releases the stunning video for ‘Skydive,’ the fourth visual from her enchanting album, Fairy Pop. Continuing from the narrative established in the previous video ‘Lucky Secret’, ‘Skydive’ plunges viewers into a gripping storyline set in the aftermath of a plane crash in the vast desert. With cinematic flair and psychological depth, the video unravels themes of forbidden love, sacrifice, and rebirth, challenging viewers as the lines between memory, destiny, and illusion blur.

“Picking up where Lucky Secret ends, I escape the asylum with the mysterious doctor,” explains LUNA. “Our journey home takes a devastating turn when our jet crashes in the desert. Believing myself to be the only survivor, I begin a lonely journey through the wasteland before being rescued by a mysterious woman. But the final reveal changes everything and leaves the mystery open. Was the crash ever real? Was it an accident, a carefully crafted illusion, or a story I wrote myself? Did I fall from the sky… or did I choose to? Skydive lives somewhere between memory, fantasy and destiny, inviting the audience to decide what was ever real.

Skydive is a story about surrender, sacrifice, and rebirth. It’s about loving someone so deeply that I lose myself, die a thousand emotional deaths, and eventually find the courage to be born again. The crash becomes a metaphor: sometimes the only way to survive is to let my old self fall from the sky. But every ending carries the possibility of another beginning”.

“Making ‘Skydive’ was a really ambitious and collaborative process,” says director Kassandra Powell. “We wanted to create a world that felt dreamy and glamorous on the surface, but with something darker and more sinister underneath. A big part of the process was finding the right locations and sets that complemented Luna’s visual identity and colour palette. We started early, shooting the wedding ceremony and photobooth before driving 2.5 hours out of LA to capture the plane crash sequence in a real desert landscape. Working with a small but incredible production team across styling, cinematography and VFX, we managed to bring all these worlds together. The biggest challenge was fitting so many scenes into a single day, but somehow we managed to create something that felt really magical and cinematic”.

Born in Warsaw and now rooted in London, LUNA embarks on a transformative journey with the release of Fairy Pop, her first album since achieving independence as an artist. This release builds on recent singles including ‘Away With The Fairies,’ ‘Heavenly,’ and ‘Ashtray,’ each giving listeners a taste of the rich and elaborate world that marks LUNA’s new creative era. Collectively, these tracks have attracted over 4 million views on YouTube, with ‘Away With The Fairies’ amassing over two million views alone

The album also features the focus track ‘Lucky Secret,’ accompanied by a visually stunning video directed by her creative partner Kassandra Powell, pushing the boundaries of fantasy, romance, and surreal aesthetics. Opening with the acclaimed single ‘Away With The Fairies,’ nominated for Best Song at the 2026 Berlin Music Video Awards, Fairy Pop takes listeners on a vivid journey through love, heartbreak, hope, and escapism over its nine tracks.

Infused with influences of hi-NRG and synth-pop, LUNA’s soaring vocals coupled with her cinematic songwriting create a dreamscape that oscillates between euphoric release and intimate reflection. Tracks like ‘Heavy Heart’ and ‘Diamond’ offer shimmering atmospheres, while the urgent beats of ‘Mythomaniac’ and the dark romantic undertones of ‘Ashtray’ exemplify the interplay between fantasy and vulnerability. The closing track ‘Skydive’ stands as one of the album’s most expansive and anthemic highlights.

LUNA states, “Fairy Pop is the album I want to introduce myself with. More than just a collection of songs, it’s an entire universe built from music, visuals, storytelling, and magic. Every detail was created to bring listeners deeper into the world I carry inside my head—a place somewhere between fantasy and reality. This is the most complete expression of who I am as an artist so far. A world of moonlight, fairies, romance, wonder, and escapism, where every song, visual, and story is connected. Welcome to Fairy Pop.”

At the heart of Fairy Pop lies a meticulously crafted visual identity. Rich in symbolism and style, the project’s imagery draws from fairy tales, Shakespearean fantasy, dreams, and vintage romance. Each visual not only complements the music but also enhances the album’s immersive experience of escapism and wonder.

Well-established as one of Poland’s rising voices in alternative pop, LUNA has been carving her niche within the European music scene through her blend of evocative storytelling and intricately imagined artistic worlds. Last year, she embarked on tours with renowned artists such as Sugababes, Loreen, Nemo, and Windows95man, bringing her music to diverse audiences across Europe and the US. With over 250,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, LUNA now steps into her first independent era with Fairy Pop.
