In a society where the hand-work is dying and the contrasts between our generation and the previous are more defined, we need to tell our point of view respect that.
In the seaside country of Fano, Italy.
A story-telling that combines the traditions of fishermen workes and the perspective of the new generation of them.
Photographically we want to shoot at dawn/sunset and create an interaction, in terms of style and attitude, respect the fisherman and their behaviours and the new generation.
The old fishermen in this way become a background and the reportage part of the shooting.
The fashion focus is on the model and the “underground style” decided in a contemporary work-style.
A perfect balance between a reportage shooting and a fashion one. We want to tell the behaviours and the places that create a specific routine of these people and use it to create a new kind of Italian worker aesthetics.
The location is composed of open spaces, boats (inside and outside), fisherman’s houses, bars, fish market and the typical rationalist architecture of Fano.
