“My name is Denis Chiorean, and I am a 21-year-old photographer from Romania. I moved to Barcelona a few months ago to pursue fashion photography after initially studying journalism. I would describe my photographs as colourful and full of energy. I am interested in exploring different photographic styles and finding ways to merge fashion with meaning, as I try to represent different ideas and emotions through my work.
The idea for this editorial started from wanting to explore something simple but in a complex way, creating a very relaxed and peaceful universe merged with multiple colours, which are often associated with chaos and energy. The editorial takes place in a simple yet beautiful location on Barcelona’s coastline, highlighting the sea, the sky and the grass, as well as the way they complement the model and the clothes.”
