Barton Perreira and Fear of God’s Second Installment of Sought-After Optical Frame

Barton Perreira and luxury fashion house Fear of God, just dropped The Extension of 7th Energy: FGBP.2021, the second installment of their optical collaboration. New colorways added to the sought- after style include Matte Sand and Matte Taupe, staying true to Fear of God’s signature natural earth tone hues and palettes seen throughout their Seventh Collection.

The classic rectangular acetate frame with light gradient wash lenses is inspired by the Barton Perreira optical glasses that Jerry wears in his everyday design process. The style is available as an optical frame in two fits, but because of the light gradient wash lenses it can be worn both indoors and outdoors. The Extension of 7th Energy: FGBP.2021 was created following the high demand of the FGBP.2020 frame which debuted last year. The original collection is available in five colorways.

Driven by a fearless commitment to artistry and integrity, both brands share many core brand ideals, including the guiding principle to always thoughtfully craft with intention. The limited-edition style also includes collectible Barton Perreira x Fear of God packaging. The frame is priced at $510 and will launch exclusively on and, and in select retailers on October 25, 2021.

“It’s an honor to continue to collaborate and create beautiful eyewear with Fear of God as we introduce new colors to our FGBP frame. Fear of God brings a modern twist to our classic optical while still embracing our craftsmanship,” says designer Patty Perreira.
