A KALTBLUT exclusive. A Fashion Film by Riccardo Santalucia & Edoardo Maione. Between identities and masks, Belial is a pure journey in modern society as seen as a contemporary hell by the authors. Inspired by the masterpiece ‘’Inferno’’ by Dante Alighieri, stories and fates of different characters are intertwined in this dark fashion opera.

The meaning of the name comes from ancient greek: ‘’Belial’’ is “useless, nothing good”, therefore also “harmful, evil”. Adjectives that society still uses today refer to different subcultures (as diversity) that have been used in the past for each character in the film.
From an idea of Riccardo Santalucia (Fashion Director, Stylist) for his bachelor graduation thesis at IED – Istituto Europeo di Design in Milano, the film was officially born in the collaboration with Edoardo Maione (Direction and Film Making, graduated at ‘’Civica Scuola di Cinema Luchino Visconti’’ in Milano). Both emerging talents in Milan could be considered their most significant project.
Two different photographers are involved on set, Sophia Daliana and Alma Maffi.
For a second time, Laura Tura, one of the most amazing digital artists in Milan entered the project, realizing digital artworks starting with photos from the fashion film.
