A tradition is revived in Berlin Mitte! Anyone who lives in Berlin has the chance to go at any time of the day some good food. But what has always been missing is a restaurant for a quick good breakfast and lunch. Last week I had the pleasure to eat at FECHTNER. A new location in Berlin-Mitte at Torstr. 114. FECHTNER is offering “healthy fast food”! And it is yummy! If you are based in Berlin or here for your holidays – stop at FECHTNER and try their GOATS MEADOW – goat cheese, apple, avocado, cranberry – or BLOODY BEETROOTS – beetroots, avocado, feta, apple, quinoa! Berlin has a new MUSTGO restaurant.
Selected salads that customers can put together individually according to their personal preferences. Freshly filled sandwiches, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, filtered water and an in-house Espresso Blend.
The interior of the restaurant at Berlin – Torstraße is deliberately kept back. Modern concrete encounters warm wooden furniture, large plants for added freshness. The name FECHTNER is not new to the Berlin food scene. It comes from the great-great ant by co-founder Tabea who ran a restaurant in West Berlin with this same surname during 1923-1946. In 2016 this tradition will be revived and adapted to the present day continued in Berlin Mitte.
The “new” FECHNTER is founded by Tabea Meyer – a PR and event manager in Berlin and Tobias Vetter – one of Berlin´s best tattoo artists. You are in good hands with the lovely couple.
