This is my first editorial shoot, and through my photos, I wanted to explore the question of gender identity with portraits of young men, young women, and non-binary individuals, highlighting them through styling reminiscent of the Freak Show universe. I was greatly inspired by the work of Robert Mapplethorpe for my images. I chose to photograph in a way that blends documentary style with fashion photography. I wanted to approach this editorial in a different, more realistic manner.”
