Dear friends, family and allies, For those who don’t know me, I’m Naikee, a brown trans* woman living in Berlin. I’ve created this Go Fund Me because I need your support in order to achieve my gender-affirming surgeries. These surgeries will allow me to live a bit safer and help me align my body to reflect who I truly am. Gender affirmation surgeries are life saving and life preserving and are not an aesthetic procedure.
Creating this GoFundMe has been not been an easy process for me. Having to ask people for help without feeling ashamed takes a lot of strength and courage. But I’ve come to realise that I can’t do this alone and I need your help to reach my goal.
Unfortunately, these essential surgeries are very expensive and I do not have access to that amount of money. This is why I am creating this fundraiser. I know times are difficult for everyone. I would be forever grateful for any donations you can give. I’m grateful for your support and any amount you can donate takes me closer to my goal.
