A KALTBLUT exclusive. Tchotchke was born out of the need for a new perspective of fashion. It describes what’s beautiful but useless or without a functional purpose; which, when projected into fashion, elevates it into art category and leads to an exploration of beauty in all forms without worrying about practical or functional needs.
Following that idea, Santiago Zambrana gave form to Tchotchke as second skins made out of polka dots tulle, oversized bows, massive volumes, corsetry and bright colours to create that particular atmosphere of beauty over practicality.
In this editorial, big and bright accessories by the hand of Mia Bruns styled by Andrea Rodriguez complete the total look to perfection; without overshadowing the beautiful work of Maxi Galván for ICON, with his signature perfect skin and a knot-like updo.
This meticulous fashion work, modelled by Carmen Fernandez and incredibly shot by Juanchy García, Gabry Cano and Jose Manuel Pola with no other background than the Anantara Villa Padierna Palace, takes full form in this fashion editorial and opens the gates of the tchotchke vision for other artists to explore.
