When it comes to contemporary German pop, LUNA and siovo are easily two of my absolute personal favourites. Both have carved out indispensable spaces in the landscape as modern queer icons, artists who refuse to sanitize their truths, consistently translating raw vulnerability, identity, and generational angst into magnetic pop poetry. Hearing their voices unite on a single track is nothing short of pure magic.

Now, LUNA reimagines her intimate single “Der einzige Ort” alongside siovo, turning a personal refuge into an expansive, shared dialogue. siovo steps into the track with a raw verse of his own, bringing an additional layer of perspective to a story that feels painfully urgent in today’s climate: the desperate search for safety, closeness, and emotional sanctuary when the surrounding world moves too fast.

The song operates far beyond a standard love ballad. It is a testament to the radical act of staying—choosing to hold your ground and remain present for someone even when anxiety and fear threaten to unravel everything. Between LUNA’s emotive keys and grounded delivery and siovo’s tender vocal weight, the collaboration becomes an anthem for queer community and solidarity: proving that the safest place in the world isn’t a location on a map, but a person who sees you completely without judgment.
The release is accompanied by a minimalist, striking visual featuring expressive contemporary choreography that mirrors the fragile balance between distance, support, and profound connection.
