“I’m a full-time fashion photographer. Working from my studio in Rotterdam, located at De Wasserij.
In 2016 I graduated from the Willem de Kooning Academy. During my studies, I have lived in Paris and studied at Paris College of Art. This is the place where I developed my love for fashion photography.”
Bernadette van Wijlen is a stylist & visual production designer for photography and video. A background in Graphic Design provided her with an abundance of visual viewpoints, but it wasn’t until her internship at a photography studio she discovered her love for styling. Naturally commercial, Bernadette decided to study Lifestyle & Design at Willem de Kooning Academy to further develop her creative and conceptual skills. She graduated researching symbolism around props in 17th-century Dutch painting.
Beau Hoogerwerf
Fascinated by the world of hair and makeup, I taught myself the ins and outs of makeup watching YouTube videos and reading beauty blogs. Through many portfolio shoots, I built experience in working with different ages, ethnicities and styles of makeup. To add to my skill set, I completed the hairstyling course from Siko van Berkel at Kapsalon in de Jordaan in Amsterdam. To further expand my knowledge in hairstyling, I also took a course in Black (afro & curly) Hair at the Kevin Fortune Hairstyling Academy in London.
Lidi Bus
The monoculture is showing us the same images every day. With her colourful inflatable work, Lidi Bus breaks free from regular tradition. During her master fine arts and design, she developed her idea of inflatable work. Now she is ready to give the advertising and fashion industry a bold bright boost. Let’s have fun!
