Mine Boy is the playful story of a future alien species rediscovering the now abandoned marble mines in Carrara, Italy long after man has left their legacy on the site. The same mine from where the marble for Michelangelo’s David and London’s Marble Arch was extracted is now an almost entirely depleted series of mountains used primarily for furnishing the homes of those in China, the US and Germany, its top three export locations.
