“Nur Khamis is a fashion photographer and creative direction based in Bucharest, Romania. focuses on fashion, the subcultures of Romania, Eastern European influences and supporting diversity and inclusion.
The new reality of 2020 changed our perception of the world. Our routines changed, and we ended up stuck in our houses, the clothes in our closets forgotten. The pandemic left us with no place to go, only to wear our best outfits to the only places open – the farmers market or the store. She is “Out of Place”, in an empty town, with nowhere to go. Beautiful, but with no one to see her.”
