This editorial focuses on the idea of toxic masculinity and how males are slowly breaking away from what is expected from them. The models progress from a muted neutral palette to a louder more powerful one to represent their freedom. As part of this journey, the application of makeup has been used to enhance the model’s features to challenge the audience’s expectations of a male figure. In today’s society we can see males progressing, they are finding happiness through expression and evolving as a result. Models are Callum, Amara and Fredrik.
