“My name is Lin Woldendorp (b. 1994, The Netherlands). I am a self-taught photographer living in Amsterdam. I used to stand in front of the camera as a model, but the

perfectionism of the modelling world was opposed to me, and therefore I decided to leave this domain. With this experience, I shifted my focus to portrait photography. My

portraits are built on a fashion-like quality, but not as styled or staged as in mainstream commercial fashion photography. Within my portraits, I prefer to experiment with colour, playful forms and an alternation of organic and straight lines. I am fascinated by people in front of the camera, always looking for the raw edges and wanting to bring out the pure in the person portrayed.”
