THE HOUSE STUDIO – A man from another era

There are people who seem to have remained from another era. Luigi is one of those. A paternal aesthetic, a reference to distant images. 80s jackets and fantasies that in 2020 seem more current than ever, but photographed in a bare home context and out of any form of time, also a reference to a situation experienced as the lockdown, which in Italy seems ever closer, again.

The questions that arose in planning the shooting are: how should a man dress in 2020? what should home clothing be like in an era of media appearance, where the home environment actually becomes the studio? The shooting was therefore entirely made in house, to question the concept and the idea of a photographic studio.
