The Fabric
By working with SUPIMA®, the highest possible quality standards for organically grown (Pima) cotton can be guaranteed. SUPIMA® is an abbreviation for “Superior Pima” and it is one of the rarest cotton varieties grown exclusively in the USA. Due to its fibre length, it is 35% stronger than regular cotton, allowing Albini, the factory in Italy, to produce one of the finest poplin fabrics on the market.
The Design
The shirt has a classic straight cut and a seamless French button placket with mother-of-pearl buttons. The cuffs are adjustable with two buttons to get the best fit around the wrists and arms. The cutaway collar can be worn with or without a tie, making it suitable for any occasion. The poplin shirt will be available in two colours: white and light blue.
An extended sizing system
On special occasions, a perfect fit and a ‘shimmering’ appearance are essential. The classic 10 collar sizes are supplemented by ASKET’s proven length size system (short, normal & long).
