Company’s ‘Eyes on the City’ series, a sequence of cinematic journeys into urban exploration, the filmdocuments Mercury Prize-nominated slowthai’s recent sell-out tour.
Following slowthai as he travels across the UK andreflects on his personal journey and career so far, the film features tracks ‘Gorgeous’ and ‘Inglorious’ from his debutalbum,‘Nothing Great About Britain’.
The finale sees slowthai realise his dreams, with a performance in front of a sold-out crowd of 5,000 at the o2 Academyin Brixton. In keeping with his unique persona and bold performance style, the engaging artist wears pieces fromP.Ri.S.M, the new capsule collection by C.P. Company.
As the founder and prime innovator of the garment dyeing technique, C.P. Company presents P.Ri.S.M,an exclusivefabric engineeredfrom the expertise of thebrand, featuring aPrismatic Rip-Stop Membrane composed of a two-toneripstop and a polyurethane membrane. The ripstop features a ready-for-dyeing nylon warp and a yarn dyed contrastingpolyester weft; the polyurethane membrane is transparent and can be dyed. The prismatic final colour is a consequenceof the contrast achieved in the semi-dyeable ripstop membrane: a truly unique fabric for the next generation ofouterwear from C.P. Company.
