A KALTBLUT exclusive series. Peculiar souls {naked hearts} behind peculiar faces! Photographer Elena Sokolova says about her project: “I started this project being attracted by these young people charismas. They all do fashion diversity modelling but it is not their main profession and interest. My desire was to show them not as models, but as personalities they really are. To clean them from posing, masks, showing off, superficial approach and … reveal their identity. I have made these shoots as personal stories, each of them told in a maximum privacy in their favorite looks and places. We worked with words and associations they connect themselves with.

I would call these stories – visual interviews.

During the projects I have found out, that all of them behind their strong and charismatic characters have very vulnerable, tender, sophisticated and often controversial personality. Naked hearts.”
