Digital Zombies concept is about the over dependence of technology such as smartphones /laptops/television on Millennial Generation and how it has affected their psycology and mental health in todays world.Recent studies show that we check our phones between 85 and 130 times a day sometimes much more. From mental health issues to physical issues it is a major cause of concern.
