“My name is Sigrid Tveiten, and I’m a 21 year old photographer from Norway. I’m a graduate student at the Norwegian School of Photography, therefore based in Trondheim until June. Wherever I’m headed next will depend on the upcoming months – I’m up for anything. I’ve always been interested in the various forms of art; drawing, painting, graphic design and so on, and picked up on photography as a teenager. My genre now is a balance point between all my interests combined. This mix-up of a genre gives me a great sense of freedom, it’s abstract and stripped of rules. As a student I major in fashion, which allows me to fuel this way of photographing. There really aren’t any set rules; the space to work freely is what pushed me to choose fashion.”
