Born from a blending of dynamic Amsterdam-based queer parties, Tropikali has grown from intimate soirees into a grand festival of sound. Here, a multitude of musical threads from Latin America to the Middle East weaves a rich tapestry of rhythm and community. This year, festivalgoers are expected to top 5000 daily, immersing themselves in a journey across four stages.

The lineup reflects Tropikali’s heart—with the Rosario Stage pulsing with Latin influences and the Kalinichta Stage vibrating with Middle Eastern and Balkan beats. A standout is the addition of the Secreto Stage, a sanctuary for underground queer electronic artists and a celebration by FLINTA* club night ‘The Planet’.

Artistic performances add another level of spectacle. International talents like Rachid Alexander and burgeoning local artists bring performance art to stun and inspire, alongside RuPaul’s Drag Race stars creating unmissable shows.

This year also sees the return of the solidarity program, ensuring the festival remains accessible to everyone in the queer community wishing to celebrate diversity and connectivity.

Tropikali Festival 2024 isn’t just an event—it’s a vibrant cultural movement. Welcome to the festival where music meets purpose.
